Heavy/Oversized Courier - £9.95
Delivered the next working day for orders between 5kg - 30kg. (Orders must be received by 15:00 to ensure same day dispatch, stock depending). Orders dispatched on Friday will arrive on Monday. Can be any size as long as it fits in the van. Not insured but very rarely goes missing. Text & email predict service.
International Courier (2.2kg and over) Insurance available on request - £45.00
Delivery times for this option are 3-5 working, depending on courier used. The courier used will be based on the most economical price available for your region taking into account delivery time. If you would like to insure your goods against loss please contact us, as this will vary depending on value of order, location and the courier used.

£20 or less is shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class - No signature required. No Insurance
Between £20.01 and £45 are shipped Royal Mail 1st class. - No signature required. No Insurance
Between £45.01 and £75 are shipped RM Signed for - signature required Insured up to £30.00
Between £75.01 and £200 are shipped by Courier - Next working day, signature required. - No Insurance
£200.01 and over are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next working day, signature required. Insured up to £500.00
Overseas Orders
£30 or less is shipped by Royal Mail Standard Airmail - No signature required. No Insurance
Over £30.01 Royal Mail Airmail Tracked - Signature required unless otherwise requested. Insured up to £20
Important - Free Shipping. If you select this option we will not re ship your goods should they fail to arrive. If you select an option with insurance, we will re ship your order if it fails to arrive.
International Orders - Free Shipping. If you select this option we will not re ship your goods should they fail to arrive. If you select an option with insurance, we will re ship your order if it fails to arrive. If you select this option, we will re ship your goods once per insured payemnt.
Extra Information
* Usually First Class or First Class signed for arrive the next day and if not within 2 working days. If they don’t arrive within 2 working days 99.9% of the time they will arrive within 10 working days.
** Royal Mail does not consider signed for Items missing for 21 working days. If this time has passed and the Royal Mail online tracking doesn’t show that they have been delivered then we can put in a claim for the missing goods. This takes about 4-5 weeks to process but is very rarely necessary and Royal Mail will pay the value of the goods Up to £30.
*** If your delivery doesn’t arrive by 1pm the next working day (or on the Saturday for Saturday Special) Royal Mail will repay the cost of the postage to you. This isn’t instant and can take several weeks.
**** In the unlikely event that you have not received your delivery by the end of the working day please let us know and we can find out if the courier has been delayed. If you live in a place that is hard to find or difficult to access please provide extra instructions as unlike the postman the courier driver probably will not know the area completely. Courier packs are approximately 50cmx35cmx20cm fully packed. There is no insurance on the goods sent by Courier so we limit the value of courier deliveries to £100 unless they are too heavy or bulky to be shipped by any other method. Although our courier ships to most of the UK there are some exclusions as below.
For orders shipped via Courier - Mainland UK
Provided you have supplied a working mobile number, and or email address you will be updated from the moment we book your delivery in for dispatch. You can do any of the following
· Select an alternative delivery date
· Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
· Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
We cannot ship your goods to these postcodes without extra cost. If an order is placed and your delivery address is found in the excluded list then we will ship your order by another method, and in most cases at no extra cost. Unless the courier is the only option due to the size or weight of the goods. In which case there could be an extra cost.

Returns
If you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be authorised by Tintastic by either phone, or e-mail before sending them back. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Tintastic will be sent back at your cost.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Tintastic. We recommend using a postal method that requires a signature.
Warranty
If your goods are found to be faulty you are covered by a 24 month warranty. Please return your goods with your order number and a full description of the fault. Please contact us before doing this, in most cases we can resolve issues without the need to return your items. Please be aware this does not cover accidental damages.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. We will not accept extra charges for other courier services or guaranteed next day services. Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country's national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.
Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please detail, which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies
